According to the report, Patrick Kane, 20, along with his cousin, James Kane, 21, rode a taxi from the hub of the Chicago’s night life.

The fare would be $13.80 and the two paid the cabbie $15. When the driver informed them that he did not have 20 cent for the $1.20 change, the two allegedly took back the $15 then punched him, grabbed him by the throat and broke his eyeglasses. Police said that the driver suffered cuts on the face and his eyeglasses were broken.

The two kanes were charged with felony robbery and misdemeanor counts of theft of services and criminal mischief.

The photos were taken said to be taken on January 2009 in an Arizona bar with lots of women.

According to the report, Josh released his statement and confirmed that the photos were real and asked apology to his wife, to his family, and to his team. He apparently talked his manager about it and hoping that this new scandal will not affect his team and the season.
